Stewarding with Excellence: Osman Webb’s Journey of Faith and Service

At PGM, we believe that the Lord brings the right people into leadership—people who love Him deeply and steward their gifts faithfully. One such person is Osman Webb, our Vice President of Administration.

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Osman’s early years were marked by sorrow and resilience as he experienced the death of his father when he was 8 years old.

At the age of 18, Osman came to know the Lord as his personal Savior after reading the Gospel of Matthew, specifically chapter 7. This passage stirred something within him, and through it, Osman began a personal relationship with Christ that would shape every step of his journey.

After earning a degree in Finance from Chicago State University, he launched a professional career that included roles at Arthur Andersen, Moody Bible Institute, and the University of Chicago.

His heart for ministry also led him to serve as a pastor at a local church for 12 years, where he shepherded others with a passion for grace and truth. Today, he brings that same passion to PGM, overseeing our Human Resources and Finance departments.

“I’m blessed,” Osman shares, “to be in a role where I can minister to both the staff and the PGM guests, while also using the administrative and technical skills God has given me.”

We are grateful for Osman’s leadership, humility, and deep faith. Through his service, PGM continues to be a place not only of refuge, but also of excellence, integrity, and the love of Christ in action.
