“But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Mt 19:14 KJV
One of the ministries that we are seeing amazing growth in is for mothers and children. Now that we have opened our dorm for mothers with boys, we are receiving numerous calls for mothers seeking shelter. As of now, we have about 40 mothers and children, including migrants, residing here at PGM. I wanted you to hear from them what being at PGM has meant.
“PGM has helped me get my ID, schooling for my 3-year-old son, counseling, and my health. PGM is a blessing because they’re so supportive and understanding, helpful and caring.”
Another mother writes, “PGM gave me a home and community. They helped my son’s social skills and confidence in communicating. PGM has been a blessing because of the constant support from people. Giveaways for the kids made the holidays special for them during a hard time. Jr. is the PGM mascot!”
Another says, “PGM has provided me a place instead of the streets. PGM is a blessing because my kids have a place to sleep.”
Finally, this mother writes, “PGM has provided shelter and food for me and my baby, and has been a blessing to me and my kids.”
To see a little child walking down the hallway, hand in hand with his mother, makes me thankful that PGM is here to minister to them in their time of need.
Thank you for your love, prayer, and support.
