The Webb Library on the second floor of the Women’s Division is much more than a room—it is a place of refuge, encouragement, and transformation. Named in honor of Julia Webb, who faithfully taught and counseled women for many years, this space reflects her unwavering love for the Lord and her compassionate ministry to women in need.

Today, women in the New Life and New Day Programs gather in the Webb Library to study, complete homework, participate in staff-led devotions, and enjoy meaningful fellowship with one another. It is also home to a classroom and staff offices, making it the heart of ministry on the second floor.

Thanks to the faithfulness of our donors, the space was recently refurbished to create a warm and welcoming environment. Through this space, women are reminded that they are deeply loved by God and that, in Christ, new life is possible.
