Now you can have a part in helping Pacific Garden Mission reach out to the homeless!

On an average night, over 500 homeless men, women, and children receive safe, clean and warm shelter at Pacific Garden Mission. During the cold winter months, that number climbs well above 800. In addition to a clean, comfortable bed, Pacific Garden Mission also provides food and clothing, as well as medical and dental care, if needed. Pastors and counselors provide needed spiritual help. Everything is provided free of charge to all who enter "the doors that never close."

How is Pacific Garden Mission able to monthly provide over 60,000 meals, treat over 500 patients in our free clinic, and distribute over 100,000 articles of clothing? By God's grace and through the gifts of His people, "The Old Lighthouse" continues to help those in need. We have never had to accept even one cent of government funding, and we never will. It is through the generous support of caring people like you that PGM is able to daily serve the homeless and needy.

Donate Clothing
Used, clean clothing in good condition is always welcome. In addition, there is an ongoing need for new clothing such as socks, shirts, undergarments, large-size panty hose, sweaters, jackets, gloves, mittens, toiletries, grooming aids, as well as clothing and toys for children. There is always a special need for men's underwear. All donations of clothing must be dropped off, or shipped to: Pacific Garden Mission, 1458 S. Canal Street, Chicago, IL 60607. Donate Food
The best way to help PGM feed the homeless is to send a financial gift that may be used for that purpose. In addition, those in the Chicago area are welcome to drop off food items at the mission. The address is: Pacific Garden Mission, 1458 S. Canal Street, Chicago, IL 60607.
